BG Marine was established in 2007 and with over 20 years experience in selling and supporting marine products as well as providing marine services like shrink wrapping, marine outboard and inboard winterizing, diving services and lots more. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit card payments as well as PayPal, personal checks and money orders. All order information is encrypted so you can feel safe using the secure on-line ordering system. We also accept orders via phone and US mail. Telephone orders are accepted Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 7 PM EST. All credit card orders are subject to verification. Orders where the shipping address is different than the credit card billing address may be delayed for verification (usually one business day). Orders placed using personal checks and money orders will be held until funds clear (approximately 5 business days after receipt). Legal fees and collection costs in addition to the outstanding balance will be collected for credit card charge-backs. Outstanding balances over 45 days old will incur interest at 1.5% per a month and will be referred to a collections agency. Fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Shipping
Most in-stock orders ship the same day. However, some orders will ship next business day especially if placed late in the afternoon. You will be promptly notified if your order happens to be out-of-stock (stock status is also displayed on the product webpage). Most out-of-stock orders ship within two weeks or sooner. A time estimate will be given for out-of-stock orders and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order at any time before shipment. We do not charge your credit card for out-of-stock orders until the item is shipped. Items are typically shipped UPS, USPS, or FedEx for domestic orders. Items are shipped Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Overnight and two day delivery options exclude Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays. A signature may be required for delivery. Claims of shipment damage, incorrect/missing items, or non-receipt of goods must be made within seven (7) days.

Return Policy
BG Marine accepts returns within thirty (30) days after shipment. All products sold by BG Marine are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Customer must first contact the manufacturer for technical support of defective products. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for defective items if deemed necessary by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective returns. Non-defective returns received back in unopened/new condition and with all parts/packaging will receive a refund minus the original shipping carrier's published shipping costs. Please note that the published shipping costs are typically higher than our special flat-fee or free shipping promotions charged on our website. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent to us that show signs of installation/use, has missing parts/packaging, missing proof of purchase/UPC code, or have serial numbers that do not match our records. Open software, mapping/chart data cards, international orders, freight truck only items and special order items are not returnable. If a customer refuses shipment, then the customer will be responsible for both the shipping cost to send the package(s) to the customer and the shipping costs incurred by BG Marine to have the package(s) shipped back (returned) to our warehouse in addition to any shipping carrier fees. Claims of shipment damage, incorrect/missing items, or non-receipt of goods must be made within seven (7) days.
Sales Tax
BG Marine operates in Port Chester, New York. Orders shipped with New York State will be charged a 4% tax rate plus the rate of the shipping destination located within New York. Orders placed and shipped outside New York is not be charged any sales tax.

- Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
- Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
- International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
- When "Fast International Shipping" method is selected, orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Typical transit time will be 3-5 business days.
- Tires, hazardous, oversize and easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally. These product types include all:
- Batteries
- Anti-Fouling Paints
- Bodywork
- Exhausts
- Stands
- Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site. If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or any UPS store for pickup.
- Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
- International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
- Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to BG Marine Services upon delivery will be rejected.
- No Returns, Refunds or Store credit on any electronic items purchase. These include batteries,switches and pumps.
- For warranty claims please contact BG Marine Services. While BG Marine will assist international customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to the U.S. for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges.
